Quality ManagerYour role and responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business.You will be mainly accountable for:*Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.*Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.*Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.*Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.*Utilizing QMS tools for work instructions, document control and DPU/FPY data capturing.Qualifications for the role
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering in the United States.Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutionsEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising qualityCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.More about us
