LEAD ACCOUNTANT
. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience within manufacturing, heavy industrial or production environment. A bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or any related field is required.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:Perform day-to-day full cycle accounting, including review, analysis and preparation of monthly journal entries to complete month-end close activities.Manage all tasks related to balance sheet account reconciliations for various entities of the organization.Make adjustments when necessary to correct the financial data.Review and complete variance analysis as well as provide explanations for variances.Follow US GAAP and IFRS regulations.Create and present financial schedules to senior leadership and external audit team.Prepare Fixed Asset roll-forward for various subsidiaries.Interact with external and internal auditors, respond to audit inquiries, assist in quarterly reviews and annual audits.Analysis of intercompany transactions.At least 4+ years of accounting experience within oilfield services.Proficient with MS Dynamics as well as prior supervisory experience are major pluses.Well organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter with an ability to work independently is highly preferred.A fast learner with the ability to produce quality work products in a dynamic team environment is preferred.Advanced skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Oracle.Theoretical and practical understanding of US GAAP regulations.For additional details and the next steps, please send your resume to:ajmartinez@Location: NE Houston, Humble areaSchedule: OnsiteSalary range: $90,000 - $95,000 base salary DOE + bonus opportunity
