We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Boston, King of Prussia or St. Louis office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officeAn Operations Senior Specialist works in Mercer’s investment management back office. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our operations and development processes, with a specific focus on Charles River (order management system). The Operations Senior Specialist will maintain and enhance solutions for the Mercer clients as an established, independent individual contributor, who takes on leading and innovating role within the team, and whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomeWe will count on you to:System Integration and Development. Develop, maintain, and enhance integration solutions for Mercer clients into Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) infrastructure.Automation. Work with the internal IT group as well as the external vendors to create and implement automation tools to streamline operational processes.Data Management. Ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems, managing data integrity and consistency.Support.
