General Dentist Opportunity - Green Bay, WIOur client is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join their team in Green Bay, WI. This role involves providing high-quality dental care and treatment while ensuring excellent customer service. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of your patients, this position is for you!Position Purpose:The General Dentist is responsible for delivering direct dental care to patients, which includes overseeing clinical staff and maintaining professional standards of care.Essential Functions:Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, prosthetic, and surgical procedures, with a focus on patients with HIV disease.Engage in community outreach programs to support public health initiatives.Hire, train, and supervise dental staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.Collaborate with community institutions, such as colleges and universities, to enhance service offerings.Build supportive professional relationships with other HIV/AIDS dental providers in the region.Work collaboratively with various departments to create an integrated system of care for health patients.Provide dental education and training to staff, students, and dentists as needed.Participate in the Dental Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program.Comply with Health Care Corporate Compliance Standards and related policies.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Valid Wisconsin dental license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.E.A. license and National Provider Identifier Number.CPR Certification and a valid driver's license.Knowledge of or sensitivity to the HIV/AIDS patient population, with a willingness to learn more.Strong commitment to high-quality patient relations and effective clinic operations.Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented mindset to build comprehensive systems of care and support for individuals with HIV/AIDS.Administrative experience, including supervisory skills and budget management.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous paid time off (including vacation, sick leave, personal days, and special "invest in yourself" days totaling nearly six weeks in your first year).11 paid holidays.No emergency after-hours responsibilities; clinics operate Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.401(k) plan with up to 5% matching after 91 days of employment.Continuing Medical Education (CME) support.Public Student Loan Forgiveness:Employment with our organization may qualify you for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
