THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results!Provides technical expertise in deploying and supporting medical device and software integration in healthcare environments. Requires the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams that include customer resources in collaboration with internal clinical and technical professionals. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software solutions including monitoring the performance of servers. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software.What You'll Be Doing:

Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements.Working with customers to requisition servers and deploy the DoseIQ and DeviceBridge applicationsInstalling, monitoring and patching Linux servers running applications in Docker and KubernetesProvide L3 support for application, server and device hardware to support teams and device deployment teamsServe as a point of contact and collaborate with all levels of the customer's organization (IT, Biomedical Engineering, project management, executive, and clinical) on product, system, and device integration initiatives.Participation in daily team calls and customer callsMaintain system security and address vulnerabilitiesParticipate in 24x7 support rotationMust be willing to travel up to 20%What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering or IT-related field with 3+ years of related experience or Bachelor's in related field with 4+ years of relevant experienceExperience in Linux system administrationFamiliarity with load balancing, firewalls, network configurationNetworking experience; IP tables, Linux address routing, subnettingKubernetes and Docker experienceExperience with server virtualizationPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI) experienceExperience in file sharing: NFS, OpenEBS, Block StorageExperience with configuration, maintaining and tuning high availability systemsFamiliarity with security and antivirus best practicesAbility to work independently and with team members from diverse backgroundsAbility to work in evenings, including the weekends and holidays, as needed.Strong communication skills for coordinating across teamsA drive to learn and master new technologies and techniquesExcellent attention to detailWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position.
