Job Summary:

Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, serving as a primary care provider. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and collaborating with patients to maintain their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Conduct routine medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.

Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Collaborate with specialists for referral and consultation when necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.

Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.

Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

State medical license and DEA registration.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Must be bilingual in Spanish
