Your Career
We are seeking an IT NPI Product Manager for our Network Security product line who will play a key role in the successful launch of new cybersecurity products by managing and overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from start to finish. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT NPI, this individual will collaborate closely with Product Line Leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that new products are introduced efficiently and effectively. The role involves managing product intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and coordination of IT systems integration, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Order Management & Fulfillment, Licensing, and Product Activation. The NPI Product Manager will drive process improvements and ensure that new products meet market needs and organizational goals.
Your Impact
Work with Product Line Leaders to gather and analyze requirements for new cybersecurity products
Assess product intake submissions, prioritize projects based on business value, market demand, and resource availability
Develop and maintain detailed NPI roadmaps, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new product launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development activities with the overall NPI strategy
Partner with IT teams to enable and integrate systems related to CPQ, Order Management & Fulfillment, Licensing, and Product Activation
Ensure that IT systems and processes support the successful launch of new cybersecurity products
Oversee the NPI process, ensuring that projects progress according to plan and identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new products
Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for NPI-related communications, both within the IT department and with external stakeholders
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Product teams, IT, and other relevant parties
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics in the cybersecurity sector
Apply industry knowledge to ensure that new products are aligned with market needs and competitive positioning
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to optimize the NPI process
Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in NPI practices and performance
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent military experience required - Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred
10+ years of experience in product management or project management, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) in the cybersecurity industry or a related technology field
Experience managing complex projects involving IT systems integration and cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of cybersecurity products, including hardware, software, and cloud/SaaS solutions
Experience with IT systems such as CPQ, Order Management & Fulfillment, Licensing, and Product Activation
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving project goals and delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving

This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our systems engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in, and helping to implement technical solutions based on our client’s feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $164000 - $266000/YR.
