Asset Manager

Position: Asset ManagerLocation: Virginia Beach, VAPay: $90,000-$150,000Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 remote, 25% travelJob description:Insight Global is seeking an Asset Manager for a client in Virginia Beach, VA. This candidate will be responsible for increasing commercial property revenue each quarter as well as reviewing property taxes, budgets, and ensuring the appropriate expenses are being sent to tenants. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate asset management experience, be comfortable traveling to customer properties 25% of the time, and have a bachelors in either business or finance. The salary ranges between $100,000 and $150,000 a year based on their experience.Requirements:5 years of commercial real estate portfolio management experienceBachelor's in business, finance, or accountingExperience reviewing property budgets, expenses, and quarterly revenue numbersPrepare performance reports to be submitted to corporate for review.Plusses:Previous Senior Regional Management experience
