• Company provided leads • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401K • Referral Program Responsibilities: • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations •

Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office



NMLS is preferred, but not required

• Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $87,500+ at plan earnings
