Position SummaryAs a member of our Global Partnerships team, the Executive Assistant/Leadership Rotational Candidate will support the Global Partnerships team in new business development and partnership marketing services for OVG in the sports and entertainment industry. The Global Partnerships team currently works together to sell sponsorships, build sponsorship strategies and cultivate brand relationships to bring value and profitability to OVG across our entire portfolio. We are looking for hard-working, creative individuals who 1) have a passion for and desire to learn both the sales and marketing verticals of the sports and entertainment business and 2) want to begin and grow their careers with one of the best companies in the business. The role will initially start as administrative support directly for President and Executive leadership team of the Global Partnerships team with the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales and marketing role after 12-24 months depending on the readiness of the candidate.

This role will pay an houlry wage of $29.80 to $32.21.

For FT roles:

This position will remain open until Dec 31, 2024.

Responsibilities

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to three GP Senior Executives.

Perform research for sales and marketing teams on brands being targeted for outreach for different sponsorship opportunities.

Schedules and attends meetings/calls on behalf of executives, to listen, learn and take notes and to coordinate any immediate follow-ups.

Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, expense reports and other documents for senior staff.

Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.

Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

Arranges monthly team events (dinners, outings, volunteer days)

Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Responsible for leading OVG GP Summer Internship Program.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software (like Salesforce/Kore).

Bachelor’s degree mandatory and preferred degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field.
