What You Will Be Doing:

As the CRS Region Manager you will be managing multiple store and service managers for a defined area within the Rental Division. The CRS Region Manager is responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a “Safety First” culture as well as hiring, developing, and addressing employee issues. This position will have full responsibility for profit and loss performance and reporting and as such, it will fall on the CRS Region Manager to create an operating budget, control costs, build a loyal clientele, meet financial objectives and establish good employee relations. The CRS Region Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.

Primary Responsibilities:

Be shining example of a high standard of excellence in all aspects of the business with unwavering integrity

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the market

Lead Branch Managers to excellence in operations from safety to quality equipment to efficient use of resources

Maintain high standard for hiring expectations in sales and operations; New hires should be above the current average to continue to raise the bar

Be a leader amongst; your peers within and across Yancey divisions that thinks broadly about the long term success of the company

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.

Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior experience managing, teaching, coaching and evaluating employees. You will need to have a strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction. This position also requires someone with prior experience in operations management, business planning or sales support management roles.

Education/Experience:

Four year college degree from an accredited institution or alternatively 5+ years industry experience including sales, leadership and P&L responsibilities.

Minimum five years in operations management, business planning, or sales support management role.

Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives

Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development

PC proficiency

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Masters’ in Business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
