Responsibilities for Medical Scheduler:Utilize healthcare experience to consistently schedule appointments that meet internal protocol and production standardsDemonstrate skills in accuracy and multitasking while working to impact progress within the daily workload and adhere to internal deadlinesMaintain confidentiality when managing medical records, patient data, and NaphCare processesDemonstrate a high comfort level in working with large volumes of dataDemonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service throughout the scheduling processAdditional duties and specific projects as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications for Medical Scheduler:High School DiplomaPrior training in a medical office setting scheduling medical appointments and working with medical records preferredA working knowledge of medical terminology and various types of medical specialtiesProficiency in Microsoft SuiteWe know you may have questions before applying.
