Serving as a part of a high-visibility team within the defense space, you will bring your expertise and knowledge of strategic planning and functions to this client space to develop cutting edge software solutions to some of the warfighters' most difficult problems. We are looking for a contributor who will be happy to apply their knowledge of military strategy and planning to inform the development of key tools on behalf of the most senior members of the national security apparatus.Further yourcareer while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:8+ years of experience in a joint staff with military-level operational planning, including developing and advising on matters regarding countering power threats and planning in joint and multi-domain environments

Experience working with DoD systems and software

Knowledge of CCMD policy and strategy and structure of regional TCP or TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests

Knowledge of U.S. national plans and policy, including National Security Strategy (NSS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Unified Command Plan (UCP), Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF), and Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)

Knowledge of risk assessments and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, course of action development, analysis, comparison, recommendation, and approval

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:Experience with JADC2 systems, processes, applications, and requirements

Experience integrating digital engineering into prototyping, experimentation, and analysis efforts

Experience with major CJCS exercise design and support

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in technical roles designing or advising in the design of software solutions

Experience with Joint Staff Processes and Procedures

Knowledge of DoD software platforms and vendors in the space

Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS), Basic Strategic Art Program (BSAP), or Advanced Strategic Art Program (ASAP)

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
