We are seeking an experienced
IT Risk and Compliance Analyst
to support our organization's IT risk management and compliance programs. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a robust IT governance framework.Key Responsibilities:Risk Management:Develop and maintain an IT risk management framework, policies, and controls.Conduct risk assessments and control testing to evaluate IT controls and identify improvement areas.Collaborate with teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.Support third-party risk management activities and compliance documentation.Monitor and report on risk management effectiveness.Compliance:Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, SOX).Perform regular compliance audits and assessments.Manage IT audit processes and assist control owners with audit findings.Maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.Governance:Assist in the development of the IT governance framework.Monitor and report on IT governance compliance.Provide training on IT risk and compliance practices.Incident Management:Assist in investigating IT security incidents and breaches.Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up on remediation activities.Internal Controls & Reporting:Evaluate internal controls over IT systems and processes.Prepare risk and compliance reports for senior management.Maintain records of risk assessments and audit findings.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in IT risk management or compliance, preferably in financial services.Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.Relevant certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISSP) preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.You can reside in the Greater Seattle Area, or one of the states that this Banking industry client does business in: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah.
