The Real Estate Lease Analyst II - Remote will assist and support Hanger\'s operating units, managing a broad range of commercial and industrial real estate projects from inception through completion. Clinic renewals / amendments involve market studies, lease negotiations and dispositions. As the Real Estate Lease Analyst II, you will partner closely with Real Estate Portfolio Managers along with other teams such as Lease Administration, Financial Planning, and Construction Management to execute on routine and non-routine activities supporting roughly800 properties in Hanger\'s Field Zones.
