Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Internal Audit Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Short Hills, NJ.
Responsibilities:Lead walk-throughsDevelop test proceduresPerform and document audit testing for control design and effectivenessDiscuss test results and issues with applicable stakeholders, draft issues
Requirements:Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and block-chain technologies, including their associated risks and controlsRequire strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-starter, with the ability to operate independently while working under the supervision of an Auditor In ChargeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrates inquisitive behavior including, but not limited to root cause analysisProvide recommendations and guidance on internal control enhancements to management based on audit findingsAbility to engage and support audit projects including attending and outlining walkthroughs and auditee meetingsProfessional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Block-chain Professional (CBP) are preferred but not requiredW2 Only
