Regional VP/Wealth Management Consultant

role is responsible for nurturing and expanding referral partnerships, working alongside Advisors to cultivate new client relationships, and ensuring new business success in their assigned sales region.This role requires relationship management, communication, leadership skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal client outcomes.This position is headquartered in Dallas or Houston, TX with required travel throughout your region (50-75%).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for external referral partners within the assigned sales region.Build rapport and establish trust with external partners to create a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.Effectively communicate the firm's value proposition and ideal client persona.Present at regional events and meetings, serving as the ultimate ambassador for the services and value provided.Understand the regional advisor's expertise and growth goals to connect them with the right prospective clients.Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and facilitate communication with the assigned advisor.Support the creation of client deliverables, including financial planning, investments, and estate/tax advice.Maintain in-depth knowledge of service offerings and solutions.Guide prospective clients through the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding.Foster a positive work environment, demonstrating the organization's guiding principles.Contribute to continuous market growth and achievement of regional goals.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in finance, financial planning, or a related field.5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services or related industry.CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC credential(s) preferred.Series 65 or a combination of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment management.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus.Superior relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including a clean U4 and solid registration history.
