Senior Environmental Project Manager , you will work on various projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.What You Will Be Doing:Project management, including proposal writing, budget tracking, and client communicationsCollaborate with senior leadership to advance local, regional, and corporate goalsPrepare documents under state and federal programs, including the CT Property Transfer ProgramPrepare and review technical reports and work plansReview, compile, and interpret investigation data, evaluations of potential responses /corrective actions, and feasibility studiesMentor mid and junior-level staffAssist with regional business development/proposal effortsQualifications:BS in engineering, geology, or appropriate technical disciplineDemonstrable leadership experience (e.g. office, teams, large projects)CT LEP; or CT LEP Track and PE or PGKnowledge of CT RSRs, CERCLA, RCRA, NYSDEC DER-10, and other environmental legislationAbility to participate and collaborate in a project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thoughtStrong consulting, problem-solving and leadership skillsState, municipal, and federal contracts/project managementExperience conducting work within the NE regional statesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suite, word, Access, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to travel 30% regionallyAbout EnSafeEnSafe began as a two-person firm in 1980, navigating complex regulatory compliance issues on behalf of our clients.
