Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), specifically focused on infrastructure and systems migration, to lead a high-impact global project. This role requires a strategic leader experienced in managing complex IT integrations, including laptop and Office 365 migrations, as part of a large-scale M&A effort. The ideal candidate is skilled in coordinating across geographies, aligning stakeholders, and delivering seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.Key Responsibilities:M&A Integration and System Migration:
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure integration projects, including laptop migrations and Office 365 deployment, to ensure a smooth transition aligned with the organization's goals.Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of coordination for IT teams and global business units, ensuring clarity on project goals, timelines, and key milestones.Comprehensive Project Oversight:
Manage all project phases, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, risk assessment, and change control, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.Global Communication and Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies, providing regular updates and managing expectations across diverse business units.Qualifications:Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.M&A and Migration Expertise:
10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on M&A infrastructure integration and system migrations, including Office 365 and hardware transitions.Advanced Knowledge of IT Standards and Methodologies:
Extensive knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with experience in compliance standards (ISO, CMM).Proficiency in Project Management Tools:
Skilled in MS Project, PlanView, and change management software to track progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.Skills & Competencies:Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse global stakeholders.Problem Solving and Adaptability:
Proven ability to manage complex challenges unique to M&A projects and implement effective solutions.Leadership and Collaboration:
