We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a highly skilled startup team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or similar environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing support to our team members. This role initially reports to the CEO, will support the executive leadership team, and is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and grow within Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive SupportProactively anticipate needs and manage schedule, travel, and communicationsMaintain files, records, and standard operating proceduresPrepare reports, correspondence, and presentationsOperations CoordinationAct as a point-of-contact for institutional knowledge, guiding, educating, and helping colleagues learn best practices, including for internal software toolsCollaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and process optimizationAssist in managing special projects, ensuring timely delivery and qualityAdministrative Duties & Events CoordinationCoordinate meetings such as interviews, team meetings, and webinarsHandle office management tasks such as ordering suppliesCoordinate interviews, team meetings, webinars, onboarding & offboardingCoordinate domestic & international events, including sales site visits, conference travel, symposia, and internal and external eventsSuccess Factors:
Bachelor's degree or higher1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal & communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
