to join our team and help support various applications and software development projects. The role involves gathering and documenting system requirements, leading process improvement efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct stakeholder interviews to gather detailed system requirements.Document comprehensive system requirements following best practices.Lead business process re-engineering efforts and enhance software process flow.Develop user stories and use cases aligned with business analysis frameworks.Design and implement mockups and wireframes following UX best practices.Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure project goals are met.QualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications:5+ years

of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder interviews.5+ years

of expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).5+ years

in business process re-engineering and process flow improvement.5+ years

developing user stories and use cases according to business analysis standards.5+ years

designing mockups and wireframes with a focus on UX best practices.3+ years

of strong communication and facilitation skills.3+ years

of proven organizational and writing skills.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years

documented experience using requirements management software, preferably

Modern Requirements .2+ years

experience with issue tracking software, preferably

Atlassian Jira .2+ years

of experience working for or closely with state or local education agencies.
