*Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Instructor, ATF/ Program Specialist in the Kittanning area. *

*Position Summary: *
Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISP) outcomes. Ensures compliance with 2380 and Chapter 11 regulations.
This full-time position works a Monday through Friday schedule of 8am to 4pm with weekends off!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities.Possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
Obtain and maintain certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
Preferred:
Master's degree and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with disabilitiesBachelor's degree and 2 years of working directly with persons with disabilitiesAssociation of Community Rehabilitation Educators Certificate (ACRE)Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
