Summary This position is located in Asset Management Business, Delivery and Performance (TPW) organization in Transmission Planning & Asset Management (TP), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). A successful candidate will coordinate with current SharePoint support organization, technical expertise and authoritative advice, counsel, and guidance to varying management; counterparts; asset management and other data management specialists. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst (Business Systems Performance), you will: Plan and schedule, provide authoritative advisory services to the governance leadership team in identifying and maintaining solutions to support complex, multi-dimensional, a mix of technical and non-technical skillset as applied to the transition of business requirements. Plan and schedule services in support of Sharepoint design, application, and critical governance bodies, (aka TAMEC, T-AM, PfMT, etc.) sharepoint hierarchy and framework. Establish backup to Access databases, TAPM, TEC Models and Power BI. Partner with individuals from across BPA to include management, technical groups, external vendors, programmatic leads, finance, system sponsors, project management and other agency representatives to stay comprised of current policies, processes, and procedures. Mentor lower graded staff and provides guidance and direction to elevate the knowledge and career path of junior team members. Serve as the senior analyst and technical lead to TPW's Reporting and Development Team. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Applying knowledge of principles, methods, and practices of 1) information system integration, data management, business model strategy or operational requirements to design, plan, or implement new or enhanced system integration and support to improve business process automation and workflow; and 2) experience with the operations and functions of Sharepoint design, application, and critical governance bodies, (aka TAMEC, T-AM, PfMT, etc.) sharepoint hierarchy and framework or similar programs or structure to accomplish assignments. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
