Remote work may be an option for a senior level candidate with 7+ years of relevant Employment / Class Action experience living in CA.Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $185,000 - $300,000 per year. Senior level attorneys have the potential to earn mid-to high six-figures ($400-800k) and a variable percentage of the firm's recovery on cases handled.Benefits: 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible time off policy, referral program, and discretionary quarterly bonuses.Law Firm Overview:

Seeking a skilled and driven Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team, focusing on Employment Class Action cases. This role is suited for an attorney experienced in leading a team and managing their own caseload independently.Primary Responsibilities:Manage Caseload (25-30 on average)Lead Team: Provide leadership to a group of Associates, Paralegals, and AssistantsMotion Practice and LitigationDevelop Legal StrategiesConduct Depositions and ConferencesMediation and NegotiationsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Active member in good standing with the California State BarJuris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and minimum of seven years of legal experience, with at least five years specializing in labor and employment law or class action litigationProven ability to serve as Lead AttorneyStrong analytical and research skillsIn-depth knowledge of the California Labor CodeDemonstrated experience in managing legal teams
