Job Description
We are specifically looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing large scale and complex technology projects focused on improving the collaboration across the OHAI ecosystem, reducing defects and incidents and enabling continuous improvement in Clinical Operations to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications:
10 or more years of project management, support management, security, incident management, escalation management and release management or related experience
Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles, a strong background in Technical Program Management
Data-driven approach to solving problems and ability to deep dive to understand the nature of a problem
Experience developing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences
Ability to clearly articulate the value-add of TPM to engineering and product organizations
A natural problem-solver and strategic thinker who takes ownership
Efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations

Develop and lead programs focused in one or more areas

Drive execution and manage the development and implementation process of specific programs involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the improving one or more of the areas mentioned in the qualifications
Customer and stakeholder communication & engagement:
Document customer requirements/gaps/pain points & prioritize
Articulate the current status, progress made and next steps through engagements and weekly status reports
Convert customer defect requirements and priorities into engineering requirements and articulate them to engineers
Work hand in hand with designated Service Deliver Managers in and outside of Clinical Development
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending
End to end ownership of overall project/program
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Mitigate risks/showstoppers, manage escalations
Build required reports and dashboard on JIRA and/or Confluence.
Represent the Operations and development teams up to the VP level independently
Be the most knowledgeable person in the team about the execution, the trade-offs and the whys behind them.
Ability to explain your team's analyses and recommendations to leadership while discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers and product managers.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
