Learn how people analytics informs strategic decisions and enhances organizational performance through data evaluation.
Collaborate on projects analyzing engagement survey results, turnover, and others.Work closely with various teams within the People department, such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards.Use Power BI to create dynamic reports and visualizations that support ongoing projects, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.Collect and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings through visual tools and reports for stakeholders.Minimum Requirements
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing Analysis, Organizational Development, or related fieldCurrently college level: Junior or Senior student/ Grad SchoolAt least 3.0 on a 4.0 scaleMust be at least 18 years of ageEligible to work 40 hours (or more) per weekExcellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skillsTDIndustries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
