Job Summary
As a Production Material Handler, you will be responsible for the inventory counting, staging, re-stocking, once the product has been released by logistics.
Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)
Count in orders for accuracy, stage orders for the line per product specifications and 5S standards. Communicate shortages to production supervisor.
Set up the line. Perform in-process product restocking of all materials for the line. If parts are needed that are not staged get information needed go to logistics for replacements.
Perform line clearance once the order is complete following the JADAK QMS & 5S standards.
Report any equipment or low stock issues to production supervisor.
Assist the production team in assembling products, work with manufactuing engineering and record scrap.
Follow the beginning of shift and end of shift checklists, report any issues to the Production Supervisor.
Work within the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs.
Requirements
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, to include assembly instruction, is critical to success in the role
Be able to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
Be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Basic computer skills.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
Be able to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis

Reduction of turnaround time and staging of orders
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position is $18.00 p er hour depending on the geographic market.
Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
