It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!Job Description:Hospitality position provides excellent customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings, events, and hospitality tasks at a client location along with other requests, as needed.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer serviceSet-up meeting rooms as specifiedPerform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with suppliesClean pantry and kitchen as neededProvide support for miscellaneous requests and flex servicesUtilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasksAbility to respond to last minute requestsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferredExcellent customer service skills, including tact in handling challenging requests with a smileGood verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift or move 40 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of timeWorking knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and ExcelPreferred Shift: 8-430, with some flexibility to meet customer needsThis position works 37.5/hours per weekThe Compensation range for this role is 18.32 to 21.98 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
