Lockheed Martin Space Information SystemsAnalyst position will support military SpacePrograms. This position receives day-to-dayoperations guidance from program staff and willreport to the FBM IS Classified IT Ops Manager.
Responsibilities include:Perform successful root cause analysis forproblem resolution in Windows and Linux environmentsAnalyzing and assessing server performance, storage capacity and planning for future needsPerforming routine server/workstation patchingper guidelinesCreate/edit Standard Operating Instructions(SOI) documentationSuccessfully install server and associatedhardwareSuccessfully install/configure softwareapplications and programsIntegration of Windows and Linux environmentsProvide IT support in a multi-functionalenvironment that includes software support,network and server administrationProvide customer support utilizingservice/problem ticketing systemSetup and manage shared folders within aWindows and Linux environmentBasic Qualifications:Active Top Secret ClearanceCurrent Security + Certification (or other DoD 8570 compliant certification)Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systemsKnowledge with Active Directory (AD)Knowledge of vulnerability remediation andsecurity management (system hardening, logmanagement, configuration management (i.e.,Nessus, McAfee, WSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS)Experience with software application installationDesired Skills:Knowledge of Red Had Enterprise LinuxKnowledge of scripting skills to automate tasks on serversKnowledge of operating systems life cyclemanagement and configuration management(Print Management, Account Management,System Imaging, Hardware Modernization,Performance Monitoring, etc.)Knowledge of Risk Management Framework(RMF) and Security Technical ImplementationGuide (STIG) processesKnowledge of network support in a classifiedenvironment (encryption, etc.)Security Clearance Statement:
