Protect customer accounts from account takeovers, illegal SIM Swaps, and Port Outs, and prevent financial losses from fraudulent activity using cutting edge AI/ML technology. Lead projects to reduce fraud loss using data analysis, and machine learning modeling. Monitor and deploy controls to respond to internal and external threats. Collaborate with cross functional teams and business partners to define and evaluate business problems, and design and implement analytical solutions. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Translate data into insights and utilize to implement solutions for business problems. Apply link analysis to identify hidden connections in the data to detect nascent fraud rings. Lead the design and development of ML based anomaly detection and chart overlays. Develop strategies for effective reporting. Work on techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Robust Regression, Text Analytics (NLP), Time-Series Analysis, Clustering, Forecasting Technique, Decision Tree Analysis, Boosted Decision Tree Analysis, CNN’s like Resnet, and Inception. Visualize data using graphs and infographics. Monitor analytics and metrics results. Build tools and frameworks to automate data collection. Define the analytical roadmap, data, and technology strategy. Conduct market analysis and research to identify and adopt data science and analytics related technology.
