They are seeking a Plant Manager to represent their company. This is a great work environment, and the plant is in excellent shape.Responsibilities:Creates a culture that promotes safety as a top priority.Monitor KPI’s to track performance and identify areas of improvement.Drive continuous improvement, and constantly evaluate productivity.The plant Manager is responsible for development, training and coaching of staff.individual and team goals for staff and provides continuous feedback.Responsible for all operations in the plant on all shifts.Conduct timely annual reviews and evaluations of staff.Manager budgetary responsibilities, including cost control, inventory, supply chain, and forecasting.Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Qualifications:5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics preferred but not mandatory).MUST be fluent in Spanish.Experience in utilizing Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve plant efficiency.Compensation:Base salary to 170k/year, plus up to 20% target bonusComprehensive health and wellness benefits package401k retirement savings plan with employer matchPTO and holiday time off
