Family Practice - Without OB Physician

DescriptionHealthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a health system, 1 hour from Boston, MA.We are currently offering a $30,000 sign on bonus for this role!Responsibilities:Provides primary care services to patients of all agesCollaborative model with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologistsProvides/manages patient care, including:

physical examinationsevaluationsassessmentsdiagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population

Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.Participate in On Call coverage.Minimum Qualifications:Medical Degree (MD or DO)Board certification/eligibility in specialty.ACLLS or CPR/AED certified.Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in MedicineCurrent DBA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authorityEligible for unrestricted health center at facilities utilized by the health centerEffective verbal and written communication skills
