Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a diligent Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join their NYC office. In this role, the DEI Manager will work to develop and advance all levels of the firm, develop and maintain a database of information and strategy. Additional duties include coordinating and managing all logistics for the EAC academy, develop relationships with the attorneys, manage the EAC budget, and willing to travel to various offices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand, influence, and motivate people of varying levels, as well as have a strong degree of responsiveness and urgency. Bachelor's degree required.7+ years of experience in either Professional or Business development required.Professional services or law experience preferred.Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite.
