We are currently seeking a
Recruitment Specialist
to work at our camp locations in Winder and Rutledge, GA.
The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the Camp team to identify, attract, hire, and retain domestic and international seasonal program staff, food service staff, maintenance/housekeeping staff, and volunteers to support Camp's overall operations. This role involves full-life cycle recruitment, with efforts to identify new candidates, including college and high school campus events, job fairs, corporate events, and outreach during camp programming. The Recruitment Specialist will serve as an external "face" of Camp, effectively translating the camp's mission to diverse audiences, successfully recruiting seasonal staff and volunteers, and assisting with onboarding and ensuring a successful camp experience. The Recruiting Specialist will also drive workforce planning initiatives, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to support the organization's mission.Please review the attached description for additional responsibilities and necessary qualifications.
