The candidate will play a key role in guiding product requirements to sales and overseeing the fulfilment process. The ideal applicant will excel in a remote environment with occasional in-office meetings, demonstrating flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills to adapt to dynamic priorities.Key Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and manage purchase orders for assigned product lines.Establish and nurture internal and external partner relationships for smooth order fulfillment.Make necessary adjustments to purchase orders in collaboration with partners and Sales to meet customer expectations timely.Continuously update and communicate the status of aging purchase orders, ensuring all part number information is current in the client database.Follow and improve upon established procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the drop ship process.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Industry Experience:Experience in purchasing or sales is essential.
