Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Site Development Manager to join their team. As a Site Development Manager, you will be part of the Site Development team supporting market site development activities related to wireless telecom construction, construction design, site acquisition, real estate, zoning, site compliance, and external affairs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in construction quality standards, and experience in project management.

What's the Job?
Provide leadership, guidance, and support for market site development activities
Ensure consistent high quality and timely delivery of operational and project-based development activities
Be the central point of contact and responsibility for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling the development and construction initiatives
Ensure consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, and vendor pricing
Serve as the lead with the soft cost team on all matters regarding site scoping, lease review routing and execution, engagement with legal and TMO landowners on lease redlines, document upload and approval, vendor project update meetings, date and data management in MagentaBuilt, team sync meetings, reports/reporting
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Expertise in construction quality standards
Strong leadership skills
Experience in project management
Proficiency in MS Suite with strong Excel skills required
