The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles to effectively analyze financial reports and forecasts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.Support funding and disbursement processes.Perform general ledger account and bank reconciliations.Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.Assist in preparing financial statements and post-close analysis.Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.Assist with tax audits and tax returns.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Identify errors and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce spending.Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.Other assigned duties and responsibilities.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting is required.At least 6 years of accounting experience.Master's degree in Accounting is a plus.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, IF statements, Pivot tables) are necessary.Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite is essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsible, dependable, and professional demeanor.Experience in equipment leasing is a plus.CompensationSalary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
