Senior Azure Devops Engineer

Position Summary:Title: DevOps and IT Security Engineer Standard III - Senior Azure DevOps EngineerDuration: 8 months -Long TermLocation: Washington, DCHybrid Onsite : 4 days onsite per week from Day1The Senior Azure DevOps Engineer will work closely with development teams to automate and streamline our operations and processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.Design and implement secure, scalable, and robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Manage and maintain Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure app services, Azure Functions, Azure Postgres SQL Database, etc.Monitor and ensure the performance, availability, and security of applications and infrastructure.Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and ensure best practices are followed.Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company.Strong experience with Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines.Strong experience with security tool like SonarQube.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Solid understanding of application orchestration on Azure Knowledge of system monitoring tools and logging (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). good understanding of Cloud network principle and security controls.Azure DevOps certification.Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
