This is a fast-paced, direct to consumer team where you’ll have the opportunity to work with homeowners to bring their bath & shower dreams to life!
The Sales Manager plays a key role in executing a business plan with sales objectives in support of the business’s financial and non-financial goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager is the leadership interface between the Operations and Sales Departments and is an important member of the management team for the business location.
The Sales Manager is the coach of high-performing sales professionals (Kohler Design Sales Consultants), who sets and clarifies associate objectives, manages ongoing performance, and continuously developing team skills. The Sales Manager elevates and protects the KOHLER brand by promoting and ensuring compliance to approved sales policies, methodologies, and values.
Specific Responsibilities
Be a leader in the building that is commitment to excellence in all aspects. The KOHLER name and brand is associated with excellence, and we expect the customer experience to be the same.
Hiring, onboarding, training, and development of Design Sales Consultants utilizing established processes and philosophy.
Driving the execution of the KOHLER Sales Process with the goal of exceeding our monthly, quarterly and annual team targets.
Train, coach, and motivate Design Sales Consultants to meet or exceed their individual sales targets while following the KOHLER Sales Process.
Proper and timely management of customer data, sales funnel/pipeline data, performance reporting, payments, customer escalations, and anything else the business needs to deliver an amazing experience for our customers and team members.
Maintain all aspects of contact and communication with potential customers as established in Company Guidelines to Create Delightful Consumer Experiences.
Work with marketing, administrative, and production teams to communicate sales capacity and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track consumer trends to make product offering recommendations to senior management and product development teams.
Maintain price integrity in all consumer interactions by managing pricing strategy and auditing quoted work.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required.
3-7 years of sales leadership experience with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
Proven leadership attributes and the demonstrated ability to set clear strategy and objectives to drive results in a cross functional environment are required.
Home services/residential construction industry preferred.

The salary range for this position is $102,100 - $127,650 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vison, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program.
