Job Description
HII, Mission Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to support the Weapons Systems Operations and its employees and customers om Oklahoma City, OK, Tinker Air Force Base.
We are anticipating an award for this opportunity in January 2025.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to the program.
Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs.
Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Develop new business or expand services with the customer.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, and compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards.
Personally model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility, and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
Great collaborator and team player who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated experience building and leading an engaged, diverse, and inclusive culture. Bringing the best out of the workforce – creating a culture of empowered employees who enjoy coming to work.
Prior experience managing Air Force programs and/or an understanding of Air Force logistics.
Clearance: Active secret security clearance.
Preferred Requirements
Strong experience in supply chain or logistics, obsolescence management, data analytics, reverse engineering, and/or prototyping.
