Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy2. Current state Physical Therapy license3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.#LI-MK1Connect With Us!
