JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This position supports a variety of functions in the student services area in the department. This position works with the student services team on general curriculum support, enrollment control, administrative support for the department\'s undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs, coordination of student processes and other administrative tasks that support recruitment, engagement, and retention of students. This position is public facing, requiring communication with students, faculty, and the public responding both verbally and in writing to queries regarding the department\'s academic ventures. Responsibilities: Coordinates one or more programs within the unit\'s scope of responsibility and coordinates all aspects of a project or program to promote student learning and development.
