Associate Director of Retail Media Networks (RMN)
to support the expansion of our capabilities in creating, managing, and scaling RMNs on behalf of our clients. As a motivated professional with expertise in e-commerce, retail, and data, you will contribute to harnessing the potential of retail media networks. You will assist in translating client needs into business solutions that meet their objectives and resonate with end-consumers. Your role will involve supporting the VP in building and overseeing our RMN management capabilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn on the job and grow within a high-performing team.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support:
Assist in developing a thorough understanding of key retail ecosystems and contribute to crafting effective go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.Partnership Management:
Support the building and management of partnerships to establish a robust network of offerings for KINESSO, enhancing the company's reach and service quality.Sales Strategy Contribution:
Help drive the RMN sales strategy to engage and inspire prospective clients and agency partners.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to promote a collaborative, innovative, and accountable work culture.Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure alignment with strategic needs.Operational Coordination:
Assist in operationalizing retail media network processes by coordinating with internal teams.Training Development:
Collaborate across departments to contribute to the creation of training programs for sales and marketing teams focused on RMN.Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Skills & ExperienceRetail Media Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail media, including inventory forecasting, planning, profit margin analysis, and SKU-level data management.Retail Media Ecosystem Insight: Solid knowledge of the retail media landscape and the impact of various platforms and technologies on monetization strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across different functional areas to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.E-commerce Proficiency: Understanding of key retail components, including inventory management and e-commerce marketing strategies.
