Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the President in general day to day requirements and support the organization to ensure peak operational effectiveness. Responsibilities
Provide exemplary administrative support to the company President; which includes taking initiative and anticipating the needs of the President.Plan and coordinate conference and event attendance for President and staff including reservations, agendas, itineraries, registrations, marketing materials, directions, vendor/ exhibitor information, and any other travel related tasks.Effectively prepare and manage the calendar and schedule of the President that includes multiple events and trips monthly; continuously keeping the President aware of time-sensitive changes and updates.Manage the daily email flow, privatization, and draft of communications.Professionally answer and screen calls communicating messages timely and accurately.Ensure the proper completion of the President's monthly expense reports.Serve as a back up to other Administrative staff needed; which includes proficiency in JobCore.Assist the President with logistical assistance, personal errands, and lunch as neededExperience in contract review highly valuedOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint3 -5 year's experienceDemonstration of strong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail with solid communication (both verbal and written) skillsAbility to work without supervision and demonstrate high levels of initiative
Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable. Physical Demands
