Salesforce Technical Enterprise ArchitectMadison, NJ (3 Days Onsite - Hybrid )Long-Term ContractJob Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture :Develop and maintain the architecture for Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.Create high-level designs and define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks to meet both current and future needs.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, flexible Salesforce solutions.Technical Leadership :Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and junior architects.Set standards for development and deployment, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices.Review code and configurations to ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.Integration and Data Management :Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, databases).Define and implement data migration strategies, data governance policies, and integration frameworks.Stakeholder Collaboration :Engage with business leaders, project managers, and end-users to ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and business goals.Present technical solutions and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, gaining buy-in and support.Platform Optimization :Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and user experience.Monitor system health and ensure high availability by planning for system updates, testing, and performance tuning.Required SkillsTechnical Expertise :Proficiency in Salesforce products and tools, including APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, object relationships, and best practices for large-scale deployments.Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft).Analytical Skills :Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business requirements and determine appropriate solutions.Ability to conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning for Salesforce projects.Leadership and Communication :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to lead discussions, make strategic decisions, and present technical details to non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : Typically, 7-10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with experience in complex enterprise environments.Certifications : Salesforce Architect certifications, such as
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ,
Application Architect , or
System Architect , are highly desirable.
