Litigation Attorney - White Collar

My client is seeking a white-collar litigation and regulatory attorney in the Washington DC area. My client is ready to offer a competitive offer along with providing attorneys leadership and upward mobility.Key Responsibilities:Lead trial and arbitration preparation, including developing trial strategies, drafting motions, and managing discovery.Conduct depositions and oversee discovery management processes.Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies and solutions.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.Provide clear and effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies.Key Qualifications:Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination.Minimum of 7 years of experience in white-collar litigation or a related field.Demonstrated experience in trial/arbitration preparation, including motion practice and discovery management.Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.***Juris Doctor Required***
