About the role:We're seeking a creative, highly organized Graphic Designer, Marketing Associate to join Potomac's growing team and bring our visual and content strategies to life. This role is central to our marketing initiatives, focusing on delivering high-quality visual assets, developing brand consistency, coordinating digital campaigns, and managing projects across various marketing channels. As a Graphic Designer, you'll handle end-to-end creative processes, from concept to execution, while driving cross-functional collaboration within the company.This position is critical to our content creation and marketing efforts, blending design expertise with project management skills. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, create engaging visual content, and ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand identity. We're looking for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and can contribute to the innovation and growth of Potomac.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years in a graphic design or marketing role, as part of a marketing team/agency2+ years in the wealth management or wider financial services industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design toolsExperience in digital marketing and content creation, including social media and email campaignsExperience with video editing and animation software (Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, FCP X, etc.) is preferredExperience with mirrorless camera systems (e.g., Blackmagic Design, Cannon, etc.) is preferredBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plusResponsibilities:Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing collateralPartner with the marketing team to plan and execute event, social media, email, and digital advertising campaignsDesign and update presentation materials, infographics, and brand assets for both internal and external communicationsCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and platformsManage timelines, resources, and workflows for multiple design projects, maintaining quality standards and adhering to deadlinesTrack and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and improve creative strategiesSupport the evolution of our brand identity and visual guidelines to keep the company's image fresh and relevantOrganize, archive, and maintain a library of design assets and ensure brand integrity across all visualsWhat You'll Bring:Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detailsStrong organizational and time management abilities, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teamsProficiency in design software and a solid understanding of design best practicesExperience with social media marketing and the creation of digital assets for platforms, specifically LinkedInAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environmentAbout Potomac:In the past four years, Potomac has grown from under $140M+ to over $1.7B in AUM.
