This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in the merchandise industry for a fun brand!ResponsibilitiesAssist merchandise buyers with administrative tasksImport and track vendor purchase ordersCoordinate travel arrangements for merchants and set up vendor visitsCreate and maintain spreadsheets to monitor merchant spendPerform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, fielding phone calls, and calling vendors to gather important informationTrack receipt and shipping of samples, set up sample displays for vendor visits, and organize and maintain sample roomOrganize reports for buyersPerform ad-hoc support to buyers and merchandise managersQualifications & SkillsHigh attention to detailExperience working in retail/fashion or administrative/clerical space a plusComfortable communicating with vendorsComfortable working in a fast-paced, environmentPositive attitude, high energy, strong work ethicProficiency in ExcelMS Office productsStrong customer service skillsInterest in retail/fashion/merchandisingInterested?
