Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events to ensure successful outcomes.Logistics Coordination:
Manage event logistics, including preparing and organizing materials and supplies for events.Promotional Support:
Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events.Engagement:
Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to foster relationships and ensure successful event outcomes.Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the fundraising team, maintaining records and managing correspondence.Event Monitoring:
Monitor and report on the success of fundraising events, offering insights for future improvements.Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met.Support the fundraising team in meeting financial targets and goals.Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank you letters and follow-ups.Help manage event registrations and attendee communications.Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.Passion for making a positive impact through fundraising and community engagement.What We Offer:
