Requirements:

• Bilingual Korean/English
• 5-7 years in player development or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Korean culture
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

About the Role

The Director of Korean Player Development will be responsible for overseeing the player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean Market.

Responsibilities

• Utilize casino industry experience to maintain existing Korean players and market to new and dormant potential players.
• Will be comfortable using marketing tools such as direct mail, social media, cold calls, special events to attract new players to the property.
• The Director of Player Development will work closely with the VP of Player Development, marketing, advertising and other Player Development Directors.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, 4 year degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Korean required
• 5-7 years experience in Casino Player Development/Marketing
• Ability to obtain appropriate gaming license
